Shipping Policy
We pack and dispatch your tea with care, and deliver it directly to the address you provide at checkout.
Processing
Orders are confirmed as soon as they are placed (or as soon as online payment is verified). You receive an order confirmation email with your order number right away.
Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines depend on your PIN code and are shared with your tracking details once your order is dispatched. We do not quote blanket timelines — you will always know the estimated date for your specific order.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay, and delivery is free above the order value shown at checkout. No hidden charges are added later.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details are shared with you. You can also check your order status anytime by writing to hello@pushpatea.com with your order number.
