Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Your cup should make you happy. If something isn't right, we will make it right.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing hello@pushpatea.com with your order number. If you paid online, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
7-day replacement promise
If your order arrives damaged, tampered or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund — your choice.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, opened tea packs cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
